Our brand new Wellness Area is exactly what you need after a long day on the beach or a busy day full of meetings. Our indoor jacuzzi, Swedish sauna, and fitness hall will help you relax and recharge while our amazing massage treatments will soothe your muscles, ease your mind, and re-boost your energy.
Fitness & Wellness
Just as the rest of our hotel, our newborn Fitness Hall offers contemporary design and adequate gym equipment to ensure that you will stay in shape while away from home. Keeping tranquility in mind, our g*Gym is situated on the ground level of the hotel’s new wing for minimum distraction and optimum workout. Just next to the hotel’s GYM lies a haven of relaxation, our brand new Private Wellness Area. Wedding on the Beach
Golden Star City Resort was the talk of the town after its notorious wedding on the beach in October 2019 – the very first one in Thessaloniki’s Riviera. The wedding ceremony was organized in collaboration with Maria Efthymiadou from Greece Wedding and took place on our private beach just a stone’s throw away from the hotel’s main building. Through her detailed coordination and vast experience we have managed to deliver an outstanding reception in the dreamy setting of our sandy beach with the breathtaking views of Themaikos gulf, Mt. Olympus and Thessaloniki city. The event was highlighted by the Deputy Major himself who officiated the ceremony in a relaxed – yet stylish – way. Following the ceremony a wedding reception at g*Restaurant was the perfect “wrap up” of a day to remember. Confide in us your ideas about your wedding day and rest assured that shall go the extra mile in making your event a truly memorable one!

Doctor on Call 24/7
The last thing that anyone expects is to get sick while on holiday or vacation. Golden Star City Resort offers free doctor on-call service 24 hours a day for any medical emergencies you might have. Let us know that you need a doctor, so we can arrange one to be examining you in your room. Should you require further medical attention, rest assured that a private ambulance will take you to the nearest hospital.
Parking
Golden Star City Resort provides an indoor private parking with only 9 spaces for cars. This service is available on a “first-come, first-served” basis with an extra fee per night. Although street parking is plentiful in our neighborhood, guests also have the option of using the free municipal open-air parking lot just 50 meters away from the hotel. The hotel management is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or contents and you are strongly recommended you to park your car in a well light spot with car doors locked and alarm set.
Pets
At Golden Star City Resort we understand that your pet is just as much a part of the family as other members. We ‘re thrilled to be a pet- friendly hotel and welcome pets in certain rooms.
Certified guide dogs stay of course free of charge.

– Available information regarding pet shops and pet services. We collaborate with nearby pet shop and our guests are given discounted prices.
– Cat Litter Box, upon request.
– Recycled poop bags and gloves, upon request.
– Pet diaper, upon request.
– Accessories and variety of dog shampoo available with extra cost.
Hotel Requirements for pets
– Passport and up-to-date health booklet are obligatory to be presented to hotel personnel on arrival. Documents are held for 1 month according to GDPR.
– Pets are welcome in specific pet- friendly rooms. In case of no availability, it is not possible to accommodate pets in other room types.
– Pets are not allowed in areas with specific signs (restaurants, spa, etc).
– It is necessary to hang the specific pet sign in the door that indicates that there is a pet in the room.
– All pets must be on a leash or in cage when in common areas.
– Maximum number of pets in a room: 2. In such case, pets weight must not exceed 15 kg.
– Pets should sleep on pet maps provided by hotel. Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds.
– Pets should not be aggressive towards humans and animal. In such case pet should wear muzzle.
– Pets should be clean, with no unpleasant smell.
– Pets should not make noise or disturb other guests.
– Pets are not allowed to run on site with or without the owner or climb on furniture.
– Pet access is not allowed in our blue flagged beach. Pets may stay in hotel’s beach premises with mandatory use of leash only under your umbrella.
– Guarantee of 150 EUR (credit card or cash) is required upon arrival which is fully refunded on departure subject to being no soiling or damaged caused including residual pet odour.
– There is a charge of 15 EUR per night.
We deliver items that were left behind at our hotel, back to their owners.
If you went on holiday and left something behind don’t worry, we can deliver it back to you in the most secure, economic and safest way.
