A few words about Perea, where our hotel is located.

Perea has changed a lot since 1923 when the first residents (refugees from Asia Minor and Thrace) settled. It has changed from a small refugee town into a beautiful small city with the features of a tourism destination for everyone. It is one of the most rapidly developing suburbs of Thessaloniki.

Perea enjoys a strategic proximity to SKG International Airport “Macedonia” (less than 15′ away) and the city of Thessaloniki (less than 30′ away). Guests can enjoy a fantastic sea-ride to the city center with one of the waterbuses running between Perea and Thessaloniki. The pier is just next to our hotel and this service is available from May to October.

It is a place for visitors who want to enjoy crystal clear blue waters, golden sands, dreamy sunsets, fresh fish, traditional dishes and ouzo appetizers with the local tsipouro drink, literally on the beach. The traditional stroll or a ride along the beach will also be a unique experience. This 7.5 km long sandy beach is a point of attraction for more and more visitors all the time which has been awarded with blue flags and has lifeguard cover.

Perea is an ideal choice not only for summer vacations, city breaks, historic & culture tours, wellness groups or romantic gateways but for MICE business trips as well due to its amazing location and breathtaking views of Mt. Olympus, Thermaikos gulf and Thessaloniki city.
