Smoke-Free policy
We are delighted to inform you that since 2017 our hotel follows a strict smoke-free policy. With respect to our non smokers and families travelling with young children, all of our rooms and suites feature smoke detectors accordingly.
Policy implementation
Our valued guests are informed of our smoke-free policy prior to their booking and again through their booking confirmation receipt email. We reinforce our policy by reminding our guests upon their arrival and check in. Our policy is built on quality management processes (ie. ISO -2001) of Golden Star City Resort and is constantly checked by our staff and management.

It is always a pleasure to have smokers staying at Golden Star City Resort as long as they respect and align with our smoke-free policy.

In turn, we respect their needs by allowing smoking in all balconies (4.70m2) and terraces (30.30m2 – 54m2) as well as on our private beach and of course outdoors. Please note that there is a 150 € room recovery fee for guests who decide not to comply with our smoke-free policy. The paid fee will allow us to recover the extensive cost associated with the restoration of the desired smoke-free condition of our rooms.
